Core Functions
1. Lead, Manage and Hold the Members of the Creative Technology Department Accountable (LMA)
Lead: He or she is is responsible for making sure that every Member of the Department knows, understands and shares the Company’s vision:
  • Core values:  ensuring that first - all Department Members live the Company’s core values;
  • Core focus: living our purpose of Creating for the World, and keeping our relationship with the right Clients;
  • 10-year target:  contributing to our goal of becoming a $100M company with 5,000 employees in the next 10 years through the delivery of creative tech services
  • Marketing strategy: ensuring that we constantly, clearly and correctly deliver our core message to, and follow our proven process for our Clients;
  • 3-year picture: contributing to the realization of our 3-year picture by providing creative and technology support to our clients
  • 1 year plan: meeting goals that are aligned with and directly support our 1-year plan;
  • Rocks:  ensuring that the right quarterly priorities are identified, communicated and completed for each tribe;
  • Issues list:  ensuring that the most important issues for each account is captured in an Issues List, and leading his/her team, working closely with the concerned leaders and team members, in solving these issues in order of priority.
Manage:  He or she is responsible for equipping leads and team members with the resources they need to fulfil their roles effectively. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Guide every team leader through his/her career track by:
    • Ensuring that every team leader understands his/her career track within the organisation
    • Ensuring that every team leader has clear goals and metrics for the year for themselves and for their teams
    • Ensuring that development plans for every team member are aligned with their goals and are in line with the requirements of career progression. If team member is outgrowing his/her seat and there are no existing seats within the account, work with other leaders to find a more suitable seat for the team member.
    • Oversee coordination with PEG on any training requirements for the Department/ leaders.
    • Regularly coach team leaders to help them address operational challenges, and achieve their performance goals and metrics.
Accountability:  He or she is accountable for leading the Creative Tech Department to meet its targets & deliver on its commitments.
2. Ensure that the Department delivers quality services as agreed with the client as measured/ guided by SLAs, KPIs, deadlines and CSAT/NPS.
3. Oversee recruitment, development of the best team members (Right People) from within or outside the organization to fill any vacant seat in the team and ensure that team leaders are assigning team members to work/processes that match their skill sets, personalities and experience (Right Seat).
4. Ensure that profitability targets of the Department are met.
  • Act as an expert consultant of the Business Development Group for new projects - i.e. projects without existing processes or that have not been done before.
  • Oversee development of Cost Estimates/Cost Worksheets
  • Set budget and manage P&L
  • Coordinates with BDG to get more projects and grow accounts
5. Ensure that all teams are at the forefront of advances in their specializations - i.e.  the ASSET team is on top of the latest updates on applications development,  etc.
6. Keep abreast with the latest trends/ technologies and identify opportunities for the department
7.  Ambassador between Management, SDG and other Departments.
  • Communicates with other individuals within the organization to keep the company running smoothly
  • Serves as the voice of the Department in OpCom
  • Actively support projects by the company especially for SDG
  • Submit weekly, monthly and other required reports to the SDG Head.
  • Also performs other duties as he or she deems necessary for the proper execution of his or her functions and duties as assigned by the SDG Head.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s / College Degree
At least 8 years industry experience in in the same industry; or a service industry with similar characteristics
At least 3 years of experience in leading a dynamic team:
  • Experience in goal-setting with a history of achieving set goals through his/her team.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring young adults successfully.
  • Experience in conflict management & resolution
