- Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Amendable to work in Chino Roces, Makati and Ortigas
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Duties and Responsibilities: 
- Break/fix of laptops, desktops, basic network devices.
- Help customers with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software to provide constant usability of equipment and software..
- Identify, analyze, troubleshoot and fix peripheral equipment and handhelds.
- Responsible for hardware upgrades: moves, adds, changes in a laptop and desktop environment.
- Execute repairs and part replacements on desktops, laptops and tablets.
- Identify and recommend improvements to the overall IT infrastructure.
- Aid other technical support specialists when required.
- Provide customer service and communication over the phone, by e-mail and/or in person
Responsible for providing technical support, including the installation, maintenance, and repairing of company and multi-vendor systems. Within the scope of systems, the candidate must provide technical support for hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. Customer satisfaction is of upmost importance and must be ensured by instructing customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may have an impact on product performance.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Customer service experience desirable.
- Experienced with replacing hardware components in desktop computers in a professional environment. Hardware components include motherboard, processor, memory, etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
