  • Preferably with Good English communication skills
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
  • Amendable to work in  Pasig (near Tiendesitas)
Job Description:
  • Validate, process emails from customers then create ticket as necessary
  • Coordination with the dispatch team for onsite support requirements of the ticket created
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing warranty replacement process of all machines purchased from different vendors
  • Monitors and maintains SLA of tickets within my shift
  • Ensure that tickets are updated with latest status from support groups
