Job Summary:
Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Note: May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.

Knowledge and Technical Skills:
  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to address and resolve complex business issues.
  • As a subject matter expert, contributes to the development of new ideas and methods to improve functional performance.

  • Works on complex assignments where effective data analysis requires evaluation of multiple and diverse sources/factors.
  • Exercises excellent judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria.
  • Networks with key contacts within and outside own area of expertise.

    Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience
  • Postgraduate coursework is desirable
  • Experience in CRM developments preferably Salesforce,
  • Experience in Service Cloud, Web Services and API, integration experience using SOAP/REST services,
  • Experience with database development, SQL or PL/SQL, database schema
  • Proficient in Programming Languanges: JAVA and SQL
