Qualifications:
  • College Graduate
  • With 1-2 years experience as Helpdesk Support 
  • With extensive experience in Phone Support, Active Directory, Desktop Support and Ticketing 
  • Amenable to work in Quezon City
  • Willing to work Nightshift
  • Can start to work ASAP
  • Male or Femal (Preferably female) 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Provided computer help desk support via phone, remote access and email with end-users. 
  • Performed diagnostics and troubleshooting of system issues, documented help desk tickets/resolutions, and maintained equipment inventory lists. 
  • Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving client issues with installations and upgrades.
  • Addressed and/or resolved escalated issues.
  • Provided regular reports to the desktop supervisor regarding technical problems, suggestions and solutions.
  • Maintained documentation of different procedures and processes. 
  • Maintained confidentiality and discretion when working with password or sensitive materials.
  • Support department in successful resolution of trouble tickets in a high-volume call center.
  • Performed cross platform audits of Active Directory (AD) objects and user permissions.\
  • Managed Active Directory Accounts (Creation, Deletion and Permissions).
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned.
  • Extract and generate the no. of the total calls received and all the abandoned calls thru CMS tool.
  • Provided weekly and monthly reports about the Highlights and Lowlights of the Team including the created job aids for the whole month.
  • Extract and generate reports thru CoDesk – ticketing tool for Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
  • Provide productivity report ( Customer Service and SLA )
