Job Description:
  • Convert business requirements into actionable items that can be implemented in a user interface.
  • Design and develop user interface mockups/prototypes.
  • User experience research and provide analysis and recommendations from participant's hands on testing.
  • Usability documentation: userflow, information architecture, wireframes and mockups
  • Create wireframes using Balsamiq mockups
  • Create designs/mockups using Adobe Fireworks/Photoshop.
  • Has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Has outstanding organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadline with minimal supervision.
  • Has an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment.
  • Understands and is passionate towards creating user interface / user experience design.
  • Has an ability to recognize user experience needs and convert into UI/UX design.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Fluxion, Inc.

Fluxion Incorporated is one of the preferred platform development partners of key players in the local mobile technology industry. The company, founded on March 2001, was the first beneficiary of iAyala’s Incubation Program for technology start-ups that have promising innovations for the new economy. Fluxion, Inc. formed a strategic partnership with Xurpas, Inc. in 2005, when the former graduated from the Incubation Program. Xurpas is one of the biggest content providers in the country with existing businesses in the regions in South Africa, Latin America, and Asia.
Now, Fluxion continues to provide platform development and consultancy services for Globe Telecom’s MMS, SMS, WAP/GPRS, web, Java, and voice-based value-added services, as well as other back-end platforms, such as billing, registration and subscription. It has secured service level agreements (SLA) to provide major operations support for numerous platforms and services.
The company has also expanded to provide support and services to other local industry leaders such as Sun Microsystems, ABS-CBN, Samsung, Ericsson, Airphil Express, and Nestle, among others. It also partnered with government agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and local government of Antipolo City. It has even launched a service in India, Buddy Recharge, via !dea Cellular Ltd. of the Aditya Birla Group, one of the country’s leading telecommunications service provider, as well as created systems for ABS-CBN Global, which has operations in North America.
