Job Summary:

Supports to end users, partners and customers. Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email. Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues. Candidate will assist the customer during installations/implementation.

Required Skills:
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems.
  • Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment.
  • Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for success.
  • Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.
  • Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
  • Sales support to help end users select, optimal installation configurations in a complex network environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows, Abap4, MS SQL Server.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino, Bisaya
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicant must be willing to work based in Cebu City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
