Duties:
- Provide support for all CR/SR raised on a daily basis
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers
- Escalation process
- Provide support to engineering during incidents
- Update documentation such as guidelines for Helpdesk
 
Qualifications:
- Applicants for Service Desk Agents must have a minimum 1 year of experience in IT but newly graduate are welcome to apply
- Must be physically and mentally fit
- Willing to work 24 by 7 shifts
- Willing to work in Mother Ignacia, Quezon City
