Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
  • Collects, Manipulates, and Analyzes Large Data in Technical and Systematic way
  • Designs and creates complex reports and analyses in the form of visualization such tables, graphs, charts and dashboards
  • Interprets and constructs complex data model
  • Identifies patterns in data
  • Performs basic statistical analysis of business data
  • Performs process improvement work on current reports, projects and tasks, when necessary
  • Performs detailed requirement documentation with minimal supervision
  • Guides stakeholders in the preparation of project definition document to clearly define scope and requirements of QlikView and Macro project request
  • Runs requirement gathering for QlikView and Macro project request
  • Supports and/or leads delivery of projects related to reports
  • Adhoc tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager
  • Backups and Support other colleagues in BI whenever necessary
  Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance/Accountancy, Business Administration/Management, Engineering or other related fields
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to process data to support data analysis, highly organized and attentive to details
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
  • Can work with minimum supervision with a strong desire to learn and accept new challenges; results and process-oriented
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional business organizations, service-oriented and can effectively manage client requests
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate with people from all levels and multi-cultures
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite | Knowledge on advanced Excel functions and formulas, Macro, Power Query, Power Pivot
