Technical Support Representative

  • College graduate of any computer or IT related course
  • With good or above average written and oral English communication skills
  • With at least 2 years experience
  • Well knowledgeable in networking and hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Responds to incoming requests and resolve customer problems via phone or email
  • Provides single point of contact between users and the IT Organization
  • Answers concerns of employees for IT related problems and requests
  • Performs Incident Management activities, Incident detection and recording
  • Alert specialist support groups as necessary
  • Start procedures for handling the service request
  • Providing initial support (assess incident details, find quick resolution)
  • Resolve incidents using solutions/workarounds
