Projects and Provisioning Coordinator

To be successful in this role, the following skills are desired:
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Perform provisioning tasks required for the project
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Liaises with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that client’s needs are met as projects evolve
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Main task is to assist and support AU PM/PCs with provisioning related tasks
  • Ensures full understanding of order details and customer expectations – Scope of Works
  • Orders products and services from 3rd parties
  • Coordinates delivery of products and services
  • Organizes installations and appointments
  • Produces relevant documentation for customers at each stage of the process
  • Liaises with internal and external suppliers and coordinates installation delivery in line with customer requirements
  • Manages all new installations, relocations, and data upgrade requests through to a successful conclusion
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience with similar role or function in a telecommunications industry role or function in a telecommunications industry
  • Ability to use SAP advantageous
  • Previous background of NBN delivery highly sort after.
  • Can work with a minimal supervision
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and quick learner; Team player
  • Excellent diagnostics and resolution skills
  • Contribute to a high powered and high output team
  • Build rapport with people quickly and effectively
  • Capable of building long term relationships with customers, staff and suppliers
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

  • Previous experience in telecommunications would be highly advantageous
