  • Usually 3-5 years of QA experience
  • Able to validate business requirements and functional specifications against quality requirements
  • Can follow a Software Test Plan, including:
    • Test Design
    • Test Cases
    • Test Scenarios
    • Test Scripts
  • Able to perform different types of testing:
    • White-box / Black-box
    • Happy-path / Sad-path
    • Unit / Integration / System
  • Able to execute, document, and report tests
  • Can do incident management and basic troubleshooting
  • Can perform the tasks of a QA Engineerand/or a QA Manager
