Technical Support:
  • Phone support users with queries regarding their computer.
  • Maintain the Inventory list of the company IT equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software problems for the user. Give recommendations on the solution or workaround on the problems.
  • Coordinate with the suppliers to provide technical assistance on the hardware/software/peripherals problem.
  • Test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing system, and make purchase recommendations
  • Implement the system on the whole company after the software or the hardware has been fully tested.
  • Develop manual and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
  • Provide technical reports on diagnosed problems on the computers.
  • Monitor the daily Incident Report Ticket on the status of the problem.
  • Provide high-level Service Maintenance Agreement (SLA) on all the trouble received.
  • Administer the company Anti-Virus System
  • Install the anti-virus on each PC to ensure that the company will control virus outbreak.
  • Implement IT procedure on Information Security and monitor the users to follow the IT Policy.
  • Ensure that company will be protected from malicious attack due Information Security Breach.
