Technical Support:
- Phone support users with queries regarding their computer.
- Maintain the Inventory list of the company IT equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software problems for the user. Give recommendations on the solution or workaround on the problems.
- Coordinate with the suppliers to provide technical assistance on the hardware/software/peripherals problem.
- Test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing system, and make purchase recommendations
- Implement the system on the whole company after the software or the hardware has been fully tested.
- Develop manual and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
- Provide technical reports on diagnosed problems on the computers.
- Monitor the daily Incident Report Ticket on the status of the problem.
- Provide high-level Service Maintenance Agreement (SLA) on all the trouble received.
- Administer the company Anti-Virus System
- Install the anti-virus on each PC to ensure that the company will control virus outbreak.
- Implement IT procedure on Information Security and monitor the users to follow the IT Policy.
- Ensure that company will be protected from malicious attack due Information Security Breach.
