Job Description:
  • Handles inbound and outbound technical support calls
  • Assists customers via remote support software
  • Provides level I & level II end-user support for software and hardware issues
  • Troubleshoots virus and malware issues
  • Researches resolutions and updates knowledge base
  • Configures PCs and equipment for internal employees
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-4 yrs. experienced employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Requires above average customer service and phone skills.
  • Requires a high level of English proficiency
  • A+, Network+, and/or MCP Certification is highly desired.
  • Experience with troubleshooting on MS Windows OS and MS application is expected.
  • Candidate must be professional and hardworking
  • Team-oriented work ethic that includes willingness to help others with a positive attitude.
  • Applicants must be willing to work on night shift.
