Job Summary:
The Document Quality Assurance analyst is responsible in developing and executing software test plans to identify software problems and their causes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain test plans using approved software methodology guidance
  • Execute test plans
  • Document test plans and report testing activity status
  • Create documentation such as test management plans, use, case test scenarios
  • Detect all errors and bugs, recommended fixes
  • Review technical bugs and maintain knowledge about software releases
Job Specification/Skills Requirement:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree Computer Science/Information Technology, in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or its equivalent.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Knowledge in software quality assurance processes, MS SQL database, Microsoft packages such as: Word, Powerpoint, and Visio
  • Ability to develop test management plans, test scripts, and execute these using various test methods
  • Ability to take instructions, but can work independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • With related work experience is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Flexible and willing to work extended hours with minimal supervision
