Position Type: Full-Time, Regular
Job Purpose:
Responsible for leading and conducting the coordination of software development activities throughout the project, including key design decisions, structure and configuration of the system. Monitor team performance and activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Help team to work together and get the best results. This would involve but not limited to delegating the tasks, monitoring the team’s performance, completing paper work and handling complaints.
  • Monitor, support and mentor the Junior Developers when needed.
  • To be flexible and responsive at all times to meet the changing needs of the client/s.
  • Designs and analyzes program logic to produce quality systems and programs.
  • Implements and installs finished software developments.
  • Tests and reviews development output if end results meet development specification (QA); modifies program when needed.
  • Documents all development initiatives being done.
  • Checks application and server status to maintain service level to clients.
  • Special projects and assignments when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years Software/Application/Web Development experience
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
  • Microsoft .NET Development (MVC, ASP.NET, C#)
  • Strong background on API and Wordpress
  • Microsoft Application and Database servers (IIS, MSSQL 2005, MSSQL Reporting Services).
  • Basic knowledge in web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • Working knowledge in RDBMS (MySQL, MSSQL).;
  • Ability to read and edit existing code.
  • Must have good communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills, must be a team-player.
  • Candidate should be comfortable in a small programming team environment and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Good to Have:
  • Experience in MS .NET environment
  • Experience in a leadership role
