Minimum Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Filipino, English
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably [Position Level] specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
  • Managing IT service request using codesk Codesk - Ticketing tool used by IT support to log, track, manage and resolved IT and Non- IT related request.
  • Installation and set up application needed by the users.
  • Movement request for transferring of Assets from workstation to workstation.
  • Add other hardware peripherals depends on account requirements.
