JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized social media specialist to join our
growing team. In this position, you will interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our products and provide customer care services to new and existing audience. You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media. You will be responsible for generating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties (Websites, Facebook, Instagram etc.). The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a team player.
- Grow and manage all company websites and social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and others. Paid Search, Social, Display, Video, etc.
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content across all channels along with the creative team.
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Day to day management of social media posts as well as generate, edit, publish, and share content on a daily basis (original text, images, video, and HTML)
- In-depth Interact with customers including replying to reviews
- Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
- Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
- Build a follower base on social mediums using an organic approach
- Work with creatives and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Define the most important social media KPIs. Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Participates in the planning, implementation, and preparation activities in various marketing projects.
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager, Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams. provide constructive feedback.
- Performing other duties when needed.
