An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Producer to join our TEG Technology team based in Makati City, Manila on a full-time basis. Due to COVID-19 and General Community Quarantine restrictions, this role will temporarily require you to work remotely.
The Technology team are a group of motivated and ambitious IT professionals who support the delivery of an integration lead innovation strategy. We have a culture of individual initiative, problem solving and a willingness to commit to resolution. This role will be responsible for managing the delivery and quality of front-end web solutions and other digital content for our ticketing and client specific global websites. This role will be ideal for candidates who are naturally inquisitive, have strong problem-solving skills, and love new challenges. You are passionate about all things digital, have a strong eye for detail and have used these skills for digital commerce and conversion. Please note whilst working remotely, you may at times be required to work during Australian working hours from 6am – 3pm (PHST) and adjust accordingly when required to come into the office.
The role
As a Digital Producer, your role responsibilities will be:
  • Supporting the Ticketek technology team’s in ANZ, Asia and Europe to plan and deliver on the website roadmaps and sprints including white label sites, site enhancements, content development and digital branding. 
  • Day-to-day management of Jira tickets for new requests and bugs, ensuring timely prioritisation, response, and completion – either directly or through coordination with developers or other team members. 
  • Managing the review, approval and publishing of new content to maximize engagement and conversion 
  • Work closely with SEO experts to implement improvements to drive rankings and increase organic search traffic 
  • Running regular site page speed checks to ensure they are running at optimal performance 
  • Prioritising work across multiple different websites both Ticketek and client branded 
  • Collaborating closely with the content and developer team members to project manage website tasks using collaboration tools 
  • Test front end site enhancements, bug fixes and functional developments, coordinating developers and internal stakeholders to ensure approved and error-free updates are completed 
  • Providing regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on progress to plans  
You will be dealing with these main stakeholders:
  • Internal: Technology team, Digital team
  • External: Suppliers and technology partners
About you
The ideal candidate will have the following experiences & skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a production capacity within a digital team, agency or client-side
  • Strong communication skills, high attention to detail and exceptional stakeholder management skills is a MUST for this role.
  • Google Analytics or other analytics set-up, tagging, and data layer architecture experience
  • Experience with web design and writing website content would be ideal
  • Previous experience working in Agile / Scrum teams preferred
  • Experience working with JIRA/Confluence or similar workflow process tool
