IT Helpdesk Support

Qualifications:
  • 1st level troubleshooting for corporate IT hardware, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printer, and other IT paraphernalia
  • Monitoring of IT ticket and apply related instructions
  • Research, identify and recommend possible IT solutions for corporate processes from time to time.
  • Escalate to the client regarding software, email, and LAN connection concerns
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
  • Preferably with experience specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
