Requirements:
- Qualified candidate/s must undergo quarantine and swab test before reporting to site.
- Staff house accommodation and meal will be provided by the company.
- Has a minimum of one (1) year of experience in related field.
- Has good diagnostic and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has an in-depth understanding in diverse computer systems and networks.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 and VPN client.
- Can start ASAP
- Amenable to work on SHIFTING schedule, OVERTIME and HOLIDAYS.
Job Description:
- Set-up workstations with computer and necessary peripheral devices.
- Checks computer hardware and network device to ensure functionality.
- Installing & configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network, printers and scanner.
- Planning & undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrade.
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
- Provide technical support remotely and on-site
