Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop Web Service to connect other API to process company services.
- Integrate API Web Services to Web Application Portal.
- Design, develop, unit integration test and implement software systems, using empirical approach
- Confer with data processing and project managers to obtain information on the specification for data projects
- Provides pre and post-implementation support
- Develop, unit integration test and implement new and existing software programs
- Ensures solutions provided are optimal
- Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
- Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues
- Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
- Resolve complex technical API design issues
- Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges
- Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues
- Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate technical documentation and or reports as requested
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers
Job Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of solid experience in developing software applications
- Ability to prioritize well and work on multiple tasks and projects in tandem
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new languages, frameworks, and technologies
- Solid background in Object programming languages (.NET, C#, MVC) and Web and RESTful API.
- Experience with a variety of programming languages and computer and web-related technologies, including JavaScript, JSON, SQL, and Angular JS, Bootstrap JS.
- Should also be familiar with RDBMS (SQL Server)
- Preferably with AWS Cloud background
- Preferably has background with Agile Scrum framework
- Knowledgeable with versioning tools (git, svn, Jenkins)
