Deployment is in ICS ICT Support Services Corp. a wholly owned subsidiary of Integrated Computer Systems, Inc. (ICS).
1.  Provide Technical support and services to internal and external customers:
     1.1.  Bench repair and claims processing
     1.2.  On-site services (deployment and installation services)
     1.3.  Maintenance of service records and claims
2.  Provide Technical support for In-coming Quality Control Testing of shipment arrivals
     2.1.  Run Diagnostics test
     2.2.  Perform hardware and/or software configuration check
     2.3.  Perform Quality Assurance Checking
3.  Product Testing and Evaluation
