The Creative Designer will be required to work on diverse creative projects and will be responsible for developing graphics for print, web, social media and basic video creation.
 
This role requires experience with a wide range of work including logo creation and development, corporate and marketing collateral, events materials, advertisements and related material in print digital and video.
 
Core Functions
  • Execution of Creative Design processes at standard
    • Knowledge of and perform the department’s set processes.
  • Maintain capabilities required at Spec Level (GWC)
    • Exhibit willingness to further develop his/her skills and learn from mentors
  • Day-to-day client communications
  • Quality work within standard Turnaround Time
    • Meet the desired expectations and delivery of both client and Team Leader
  • Participate in awards and competitions
  • Back-up of KA Clients
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s / College Degree preferably Fine Arts or Multimedia Arts or related degree
  • Portfolio with 2+ years design experience within an agency, design studio or related industry
  • Strong working knowledge of graphics and design fundamentals
  • Attention to detail with a creative and artistic ability
  • Basic technical skills 
  • Mastery of skills enough to require supervision
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload: Social media images, Banner ads, Landing page, Electronic direct mail. E-book, Print ads, Brochures & flyers, Poster, Signage, Corporate brand collaterals, Rotating banner ads, and Web page design
  • Knowledge of Mac OS
  • Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Google Docs and Slides
  • Amenable to work from home Mon-Fri in US Shift (8PM - 5AM)
