RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Participate in developing complex high-quality web applications, web systems and web sites
  • Participate in design, implementation and testing of software components
  • Participate in project estimations
  • Develop code according to the quality and coding standards
  • Maintain and develop features for web sites, including custom modules/plugins/themes
  • Provide efficient code documentation
  • Learn and introduce ERNI methodologies to the daily development work
  • Conduct knowledge sharing sessions about Magento
  • Take responsibility for own actions
PROFILE MUST-HAVEs:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Magento 2 development
  • Strong understanding of Magento framework and architecture
  • Strong understanding of Magento themes and templating
  • Strong background in web development with PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Strong understanding and solid experience on PHP OOP frameworks (Symfony/Zend/Laravel)
  • Demonstrable knowledge about API integration, payment gateways and shipping
  • Experience about any Javascript frontend frameworks a big plus
  • Experience about other eCommerce platforms/frameworks a big plus
