Warp 9 is seeking a Data Analyst to work with our very busy Electronic Discovery Team. Electronic discovery (also called e-discovery  or ediscovery) refers to any process in which electronic data is sought, located, secured, and searched with the intent of using it as evidence in a civil or criminal legal case. 
 
Position Description:
• Provide support for project Data Management team; who are overseeing the end-to-end litigation process from  collection, analyze, process, hosting, review, and production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI)
• Maintain a sense of urgency on all production deliverables and internal requests 
• Independently work on job requests from a queue as well as by assignment to ensure that jobs progress with minimal  delay 
• Effectively communicate job status and potential issues with supervisor and project management team.
• All new Analyst will receive training on how to leverage industry software’s in order to process documents for the legal industry. This process is called “Electronic Discovery”.  
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Perform data culling and processing using industry standard software 
• Execute searches in standard Early Case Assessment (ECA) software 
• Perform quality assessment on processed data 
• Export deliverables on processed data 
• Load data from different processing platforms into review platforms 
• Back up processed data to system storage 
• Generate billable items for project managers approval 
• Prioritize and complete assigned projects within required deadlines 
• Provide status updates/reports to shift team leads/project coordinators/project managers 
• Document actions taken while performing processing tasks 
• Understand the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM
• Potentially work additional hours beyond regular schedule to meet client expectations which may include evenings,  weekends and/or holidays 
 
Minimum Requirements: 
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree. 
• Needs to have strong analytical and problem solving skills. 
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities 
• Ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure environment with changing priorities 
• Strong working knowledge of basic PC functions and Windows environment (e.g. MS Office)  
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills 
• Able to work in Makati City – Night shift to accommodate United States working hours  
• Full-time position/s are available
