Onsite Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform ticket management such as: oAcceptance and creation of tickets for concerns received through hotline and mailbox. oPoint person by customer regarding updates to “in progress” tickets. oStart of day and end of day monitoring of “in progress” tickets oTransfer/endorsement of assigned tickets to 24/7 support for ongoing tickets.
• Responsible for triage - concern/ticket reassignment to proper resolver group.
• Responsible for documentation and site update; e.g., Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), Knowledge Database (KDB)
• Fix known issues under L1 bucket.
• Conduct start and end of day system checklist oEnsure that the system is up at the start and by end of shift.
• Participate in alignment meetings with client Project Team
• Participate in alignment meetings with customer's Management Team
Hiring Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any IT related field
• 1- 2 years customer support experience or client facing role
• Proficient in English language verbally and in writing
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel)
• Willing to work on site on an 8x5 schedule
• Able to work under pressure
• Must be punctual and time sensitive
• Must be able to generate report documents and update website data repositories on a periodic basis; e.g., Knowledge Database (KDB) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) sites
