Provide coordination between clients and management by assisting thru email or telephone, by scheduling meetings or telephone conferences, and by compiling and maintaining records on client accounts. This includes screening clients’ feedback/requests, liaising with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions, and escalating complaints to relevant departments.
  • Must possess a College/Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills must be keen
  • Must be keen to details
  • Must possess critical thinking skills
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask efficiently
  • Must possess a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Must be amenable to work in Binondo, Manila
