Job Description
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategy
  • Manage digital channels (website, display, search, app, email, social media) - Develop and manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Measure, analyze and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Design, build, maintain analyze our social media presence
  • Design, build, maintain and engage social community of business & frequent leisure travelers
  • Identify trends & insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Develop new creative and innovative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, measure and analyze experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Create and poste of content on social media and digital platforms for
  • Guide and monitor online discussions with virtual communities including analytics, recommendations and escalation
Minimum Qualifications
  • Passionate, hardworking, dedicated (PHD) team player
  • Ability to work individually on a project or in a team with high quality results at time
  • High self-motivation, self-organization, & persistence with desire to outperform
  • 3 years working experience in digital marketing, social media and other digital platforms for/with a global/multinational company, including knowledge in CRM
  • Successful working experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience and comfort to guide key external influencers in the digital sphere. - Well versed in social media and online community trends, technology, and strategies - Solid knowledge of website and social media analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends & best practices in digital marketing - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Background with Travel or Telecommunications industry is a plus.
  • Background in digital PR is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
