Job Descriptions:
  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives
  • Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
  • Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with other consultants
  • Setup the system application ensuring the right architecture and functionality to meet the project’s requirements
  • Perform fit-gap analysis
  • Develop agreed on solutions and implement a new system
  • Present solutions in written reports or demonstrations
  • Train users in new and existing features of the system application
  • Provide assistance during UAT testing and resolve issues
  • Help clients with change-management activities
  • Revise existing systems and suggest improvements
  • Prepare documentation and present progress reports to customers
  • Provide after-sales service support, maintain contact with client organizations
  • Assist in presales activities such as scoping exercises and product demonstrations
  • Give input in drafting business proposals
  • Help identify potential clients
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years working experience
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Computer Science, Engineering or any business course
  • Professional certification (eg. CPA) is an asset
  • Have done project implementations involving accounting software/systems such as Oracle, NetSuite SAP, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office tools and other tools related to the trade (data loader, SQL, TOAD, etc.)
  • Familiar with the best business practices in various industries
