Qualifications:
- At least three years of relevant work experience in business or systems analysis
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, Applied Statistics, Information System, IT or any relevant program
- Has keen attention to details, passionate, creative, and resourceful
- Exceptional business acumen with a high degree of integrity and ethics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specializing in technical writing
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Trustworthy and able to complete deliverables as scheduled and in good quality

Job Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute needs assessment, data gathering, review, and analysis
- Understand and document the requirements of the clients and stakeholders and translate them into defined product specifications
- Act as a Scrum product owner as assigned
- Prepare use cases, user stories, diagrams, wireframes, and other technical documents
- Collaborate with designers in the software product design and creation of conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
- Write clear texts for the UI, online help, and developer guides
- Gather and process feedback on the products from clients and stakeholders; coordinate with the production team as needed
- Mentor junior members of the team
