Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed reports to provide leadership with the visibility needed to make decisions that shape the strategic direction of the organization
  • Extracting, cleaning and manipulating data from multiple systems/sources for analysis, partnering with IT to create data views, and leading the creation of reports to support data-driven management decisions
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide on-going reports
  • Identify and analyze trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Stress testing accuracy and reviewing historical data for sanity checks wherever applicable
  • Coordinating with end-users, stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and refine business requirements
  • Participating in Business Intelligence systems documentation and integrating testing, training, implementing and end-user rolling-out
 
Minimum Qualifications

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide on-going reports
  • Identify and analyze trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Stress testing accuracy and reviewing historical data for sanity checks wherever applicable
  • Coordinating with end-users, stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and refine business requirements
  • Participating in Business Intelligence systems documentation and integrating testing, training, implementing and end-user rolling-out
  • Ability to comprehensively understand data elements, sources, and relationships
  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, IT or any Business related courses
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills; could evaluate, analyze and present data
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, general Excel formulas)
  • Experience in Business Intelligence systems (ie. Power BI and one of Tableau, MicroStrategy, or other BI tools) is a plus
