Job Summary: 
  • Responsible for the documentation and coordination of all projects, managing timelines and process flows.
  • Project management and documentation of development projects from inception to final product
  • Coordinates with supervisor and team for direction and plans.
  • Documents the process flow of projects; creates user manuals and supporting documents for reference.
  • Documents the revisions made, as well as discussions and meetings relevant to the projects.
  • Reviews development/project output if end results meet development/project specifications.
  • Processes administrative requirements / paperwork for projects; accomplishes all necessary forms and approvals.
  • Proposes innovation and process improvements that will contribute to client and company growth.
  • Manages timelines and schedules; coordination with internal departments for implementation ensuring on time deliverable of assigned projects.
  • Ensures projects are well-implemented
  • Educational background: Graduate of any business related course (Economics, Business Management/Administration, etc.), and Information Technology
  • Knowledgeable in using Project Management Tools (Gant chart, Microsoft Primavera, Microsoft Project)
  • At least 2-3 years’ work experience in Project Management
  • Comfortable with any technology and development approach
  • Skills: negotiation and interpersonal skills, time management, leadership, problem-solving, project management, oral and written communication skills
  • Having technical skills is a plus
  • Experience of handling a team
