SOFTWARE QUALITY ANALYST
Responsibilities:
- Execute quality control processes for applications being developed
- Write, modify, prioritize, and execute test scripts
- Assist in development of test plans
- Come up with test cases and scenarios and conduct tests accordingly
- Find bugs and input the issues clearly and concisely into Redmine
- Conduct rigorous user acceptance tests to ensure that applications are free of bugs, errors, and performance issues prior to publication
- Provide web and mobile app testing/QA needs on SCRUM sprint per user story
- Document test results and communicate these results to the members of the development team
- Prepare and submit reports on user acceptance test (UAT) results
- Make recommendations with regards to the usability and overall user experience
- Perform other related responsibilities when necessary or as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of IT-related SHS or tertiary program
- Good written communication; can write technical documents well
- At least one year experience as software tester
