Technical Support Representative

Unit 3 15th Floor RSB Corporate Center 26th and 25th Street, Taguig, Metro Manila
  • Provide answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers;troubleshoots;guides client through corrective steps by means of ticketing system, telephone support line, chat, and social media.
  • Improve system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes; submitting trouble tickets to carriers that are performing below standard; adjusting routingto ensure call completion and quality.
  • Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately  resolved.
  • Analyzes support subject matter to spot common trends and underlying issues.
  • Escalate issues beyond the scope of duties to the apropriate internal department for resolution.
  • Provide technical advise and support as needed to fellows.
  • Place test calls manually to recrreate the environment of a real call to discern quality.
  • Use quality management software to identify problem routes and improve their performance by activating only high quality carriers.
  • Test the routes of new carriers before putting them into routing.
  • Graduate of any technical course.
  • Can communicate effectively in English.
  • Preferably with at least six months experience in the same capacity.
  • Can work in shifting schedule.
