Qualification:
  • Computer Engineering or ECE graduate. Licensed is a plus.
  • With 4 to 5 years’ experience related to laptop, desktop and tablets machine repair and worked in an IT Service Industry
  • With experience in leading a project or a technical team is an edge.
  • Team player and can lead/ motivate a team or a group.
  • Analytical, self-motivated and resourceful.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel and work beyond 8 hours.

  • Windows Server 2008 and infrastructure 
  • Windows Server 2012 and infrastructure 
  • DNS DHCP and Active Directory 
  • VMware VSphere and virtualization 
  • Clustering and Load-balancing 
  • EMC Networker backup infrastructure and EMC Avamar backup infrastructure 
  • IBM and HP blade servers 
  • OpManager and AppManager 
  • Analysis & Design 
  • Logical Reasoning
Responsibilities:
  • This position is primarily responsible in performing tasks for all managed (includes INTEL-based).
  • Installs, configures, customizes, maintains and troubleshoots server utilities and support infrastructure (i.e. centralized backup and restore, antivirus, patch management, centralized monitoring) 
  • Evaluates, plans and designs server infrastructure 
  • Manages, maintains and use the server program change control for versioning and deployment of server programs 
  • Implements system and application parameter changes 
  • Reviews system and application logs for troubleshooting and customization
