Skills Requirement:
  • Graduate of Computer Engineering or any IT related course. At least with 6 months to 1 year Onsite support or IT personnel experience.
  • Knowledge in PC technical troubleshooting, networking, maintenance and setup of hardware/software under minimal supervision.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedule and graveyard shift.
  • With considerable experience as a Technical Support Representative in a Call Center environment. CCNA or CCNP an advantage.
  • Metro Manila assignment
  • This role is responsible for monitoring, controlling and operating complex computer systems, networks, applications and/or distributed systems in a multi vendor environment. They are also responsible for analyzing first level problems for all systems
  • Prepare incident reports for proper documentation and resolution.
  • Provide first level problem determination and resolution based on approved recovery procedures.
  • Perform the reset of the computer system based on procedures.
  • Maintain good housekeeping of computer area.
  • Execute batch processing and initiate correction action to meet online target.
  • Record equipment malfunctions via the problem database for proper handling and reporting.
  • Receive and file input source documents, and acknowledge transmittal slips.
  • Execute BCP procedures.
  • Process special job requests using special ID's.
  • Download reports to backup media for distribution to the users.
  • Upload/Download files from external source to be used for batch processing.
  • Issue backup media based on the needs of the regular production run or as per request to ensure availability of scratch for batch process
