Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist all requests in-terms of desktop and network issues
  • Must be able to attend all assigned tickets
  • Ensuring all task must be updated after resolving
  • Must be able to attend and troubleshoot Hardware and Software tickets assigned
  • Must be able to escalate tickets with dependencies to respective clients Administrators (ex: resetting of end users password, configuration needed in Networks connections,
  • Must be able to update of tickets in detailed. (step by steps procedure) /update every tickets assigned in real time.
  • Must be able to attend meetings and trainings call by Client and Systemantech, Inc. Supervisors
  • Must be able to follow SMTI company policies and procedures
  • Must be able to follow client's company policies and procedures
  • Must be able to comply with the ticket SLA set by the client
Location: Makati City & Mandurriao Iloilo
Skill Set:
  • Graduate of BS ECE / BSIT / BSCS / BSCOE / any IT related course
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field
  • Knowledgeable in computer hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Knowledgeable in printer troubleshooting
  • Knowledgeable in level 1 network support
  • Has an average in communication skill
  • Has an experience in Remote Desktop Support (RDP)
  • Has a customer oriented personality
Work Experience: 3 months - 1 year
