  • Required Skill(s): Networking, Ticketing System, Active Directory, Helpdesk Support
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
Job Description:
  • Assist global users through email and phone conversation
  • Assist global users through remote desktop
  • Escalation of tickets or assigned task to the appropriate department
  • Taking call and encode into to ticketing system
  • Report any incident that he or she can't resolve
