Dzienn Executive Solutions Inc. is in urgent need of Technical Support Engineers who will be responsible in communicating with customers via phone/email/WebEx to resolve technical product issues and work closely with Developer/QA/Product Management Teams on product bugs and enhancements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve customer’s problems direct support cases to appropriate team by following standard support processes and procedures
  • Investigate and provide workarounds as applicable.
  • Work closely with development and sales teams to ensure customer success
  • Learning the technologies required for supporting the company’s products.
  • Must be knowledgeable with the technologies used for supporting the company’s products
  • Must be able to provide knowledgeable articles (FAQ/Solutions) that is helpful to the company’s customer base
  • Continuous communication with pre-evaluation of new and existing customers that would enhance support experience and satisfaction levels
  • Gain customer’s loyalty by resolving customer problems in a timely and accurately manner
  • Documenting problems accurately and completely, their solutions, and defects in the support call tracking system.
  • Make sure that problems and solutions are properly documented in the support call tracking system
  • Managing workload efficiently while being able to resolve time critical situations professionally
  • Monitor end user inquiries on the Community forums and respond as necessary
  • Coach junior level engineers on support processes and problem analysis skillset
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a Technical Support Engineer
  • Knowledge or experience in the following will be a plus:
  • Windows and Linux OS troubleshooting.
  • Client/Server Web Application architecture.
  • Oracle and/or SQL server. Good knowledge of writing SQL scripts.
  • Big Data Technologies. Authentication mechanism like LDAP, Active Directory and Kerberos.
  • Programming and scripting languages, web services, web development.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
  • Willing to work in Ortigas
