Position Overview:
  • A Specialist for Communication and Instructional Design Services creates a range of blended learning solutions that address business and performance needs for the enterprise.
  • Works collaboratively with Account Executives, Client/Partner staff and internal leadership to identify training needs and recommend solutions.
  • Participates in identifying root causes of performance gaps and determines knowledge/skills/behaviors required to achieve desired performance.
  • Supports or conducts needs analysis, skills and task inventories to support development of instructional solutions and communications.
  • Designs, develops and updates course material for new and existing programs.
  • Develops clear, observable, and measurable learning/performance objectives.
  • Develops posters, job aids, audio-visual presentations, and other types of online and offline communication.
  • Responsible for ensuring all curriculum design materials are clear, concise, consistent, instructionally sound and will deliver against the performance and business objectives through use of standard models such as ADDIE.
  • Simultaneously manages multiple departmental projects varying in scope, which encompasses managing task completion, coordinating resources, identifying constraints and ensuring timely project completion.
  • Conducts Train the Trainer sessions with site and global training staff when new and improved instructional products are being rolled out.
  • Working experience in Articulate OR Captivate OR storyline.
Work Hours: Night Shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, M-F)
